| Cataloguing Skill Sets and Transferable Skills of Displaced Workers - Identify potential skills training strategies that would take advantage of these skill sets. Develop a tool for displaced workers to raise awareness of transferable skills and why they are important. |
| Immigrant and Newcomer Integration Strategies - Support creation of an improved integrated service delivery system for immigrants. Incorporate input from business community and education sector. Provide skill development opportunities and work placements. Form mentor-mentee program. |
