LOCAL AREA PLAN UPDATE DURHAM REGION NOVEMBER 2002 This Local Area Plan Update represents a compilation of specific actions, projects and initiatives, 63 in all, that have been taken within the Durham community since January 2000 to address local training and labour force development needs. It identifies areas where collaboration and partnership has taken place in efforts to build a highly skilled labour force in Durham Region.
