- Since 1995, Anna and Kim have been growing and manufacturing organic herb products on their 7 acre farm, a gentle setting perfect to fit their desired lifestyle. They also arrange customized group workshops and tours on farm.
- From up to 20 different varieties of herbs, they produce 16 different herbal tea blends for improved health, cleansing and digestion, 7 types of herbal creams for treating skin ailments and moisturizing skin, tinctures (the alcoholic extract of a plant's medicinal value), and vinegars.
- They sell their products primarily by mail order, through their web site, and by exhibiting at shows such as the Annual One of a Kind Christmas Show and Sale in Toronto.
- The addition of their greenhouse or "chameleon room" has extended their growing season by up to 4 weeks.
- They employ one seasonal employee and provide opportunities for international travelers under the WWOOF Canada (Willing Workers on Organic Farms and World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms) program.
- Anna has a background in landscape design and architecture; Kim's background was in forestry and tree nursery management.
